Beth tells me everything even if she’s not sure I want to hear it. She’s pretty damn up-front about things without being confrontational. She’s tenacious. I personally think it’s good.
She [Beth] undertakes assignments and attacks with very competent energy. She gets close enough to maintain a comfort level but can still constructively criticize and suggest.
I always have high expectations... Usually my expectations aren’t met, but Beth met all of them. She’s someone who will be thoughtful, do things I didn’t think of. She’ll answer questions I wasn’t expecting. Therefore I’m capable of giving better information and thinking. Few people give more than expected so it’s always a pleasant surprise when you get it.
The one-on-one relationship is good and different. She [Beth] has lots of energy and a vested interest in her clients. At the end of the day, I know she’s in business and needs to make money, but she thinks and cares about the success of her clients.
